Terrible and over priced service. Charge you over 72 pound per hour to provide them parking. Taking 3 weeks to order a damaged part. Another 2 week to get it replaced. Such an efficient company. Pls use their service to repair the boiler, while you heating&engergy broke down in one of the coldest month.

Woodford heating recently carried out my parents annual boiler service.

They were very impressed with Steven L, the engineer who carried out the servicing - quality of work, professionalism, customer treatment, all excellent.

Booked Woodford for annual servicing. They came 1 day early, by mistake, without notice. Told the engineer we had an issue with pressure slowly dropping, he looked at it and found an "issue" with a valve and said because if this we're not getting hot water (though we did). Sent a quote for £700 to replace but couldn't explain why we had hot water regardless. Issue with pressure not fixed. We ignored woodford and got a different plumber who immediately spotted the issue. Fixed it for £150 - now working perfectly with pressure stable.
Woodford or either incompetent, scammers or both.

Woodford are a bunch of cowboys, avoid at all costs.

They recently charged £144 for a 10m visit to tell us what we’d told them over the phone, that a valve on our hot water tank needed replacing. Since the visit there has been radio silence and we’ve not received the report which we paid for and nothing has been done to fix the fault which we called them out to rectify.
