Their products are good and communication has always been above and beyond, however blown away after ordering some uniform for new starters at 10:40, only for it to be ready with personalisation by 12:20 the same day. 7 items all ready for collection in less than 2 hours. Having had previous bad experiences with workwear outlets (wonky logos & lettering, very poor customer service, extortionate prices) Work & Wear Direct have been an absolute dream.

From the off, the customer service given by Craig has been top notch and he has been incredibly helpful answering all my questions and ensuring that we were clear on all processes prior to placing an order.

For this order, we were trying to match up new purchases with existing workwear - both colour and logo placement - and Craig's suggestion of sending an existing jacket to them so they could match up exactly was super helpful. As a result we had new jackets which are an exact match to the ones we had already, meaning we haven't lost any of our branding at all.

The quote given was really competitive and whilst you could perhaps save a few pounds elsewhere, it would likely not be worth it overall as the ease of the order, the constant communication to keep us updated, the keeping to timelines, the accuracy of the order, and the high level of customer service is worth far more than that meagre saving and will save you all the hassle you would likely have with a cheaper company.

I cannot praise Craig and Work & Wear Direct enough, and should we need any further workwear or PPE then they will most certainly be where we go to.

Our Garage Services business recently needed to replace all our workwear for Technicians and other productive staff, including Polo Shirts, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts and Cargo Trousers. With costs increasing from our previous suppliers we decided to shop around.

Having found Work & Wear Direct online, Craig could not have been more helpful and patient throughout the product selection and quotation process. Once confirmed, all items ordered including embroidery were completed and delivered in record time. Further orders of Winter Coats have since been delivered. The standard of embroidery is excellent, the extensive range of available workwear products is of superb quality and the prices are very reasonable.

I highly recommend Work & Wear Direct and will continue to use their services going forward.
