Worthing Station is approx 15 mins walk from the town, Busses are outside, Car park as well , Follow into Southcourt rd..Trains go to London & Brighton ,Also West to Portsmouth & Southampton. It needs a refurbishment but there is a cafe on both sides of the platforms, Toliets are on platform 1 and 3 and the staff are very Friendly. Outside just across the road is Montys Cafe, A brilliant cafe,With breakfast menu,Sandwiches and Baguettes and lunch meals,Opens between 7am - 2pm, Approx.
Seating inside as well as outside, Newsagents next door and a Taxi office near by.And The Railway Hotel/pub has just been given a major refurbishment, It has rooms to stay and has its own food menu.

Staff were rude, DO NOT TRAINSPOT.
WARNING FOR TRAINSPOTTERS: The security guards are incredibly poor and discriminatory. Ableism is common, telling of people in wheelchairs for no reason but not stopping the 15 kids vaping at the end of pt3.

I absolutely love Worthing to the point I am contemplating moving there in the near future. The locals are friendly, they have a significant town with a large variety of shops to pick from. They also have plenty of bars and pubs to choose from. The pier is substantial and has a games/entertainment room as well as a restaurant and binoculars. The only downfall is that the beach is pebbly but you can expect that from most of the south coast. There is a Travelodge or Premier Inn hotel locates about 5 or 10 minutes walk from the pier and right opposite the beach. There are other good B&B's here. In the Summer there is a ride on mini train that goes along the seafront. There is also the Lido with rides for smaller children as well as a children's play area further up the sea front. My heart belongs here.

What you should expect for a station. Very clean for the level of stations Ive seen some bad stations over the years. But what can i say it has 3 platforms which is good for a station which recives around 8 to 10 ish trains an hour. Also has a pretty nice shop which has coffee and some other things. Overall its what you expect for a station its size and its pretty good.

This station has impeccable clean toilets on both platforms and nice waiting rooms. Staff always friendly. Not the best for wheelchair users, but if you give yourself a bit extra time and maybe advance notice to the station, there is help and solutions.

A good station providing a variety of services up and down the coast and then further up to London Victoria. The station itself has a variety of facilities; toilets, a cafe & bike storage. Located outside the station is rental bikes by 'Donkey Republic', which are cheap and great fun to ride.
