Noticed a leak from the boiler at 1:40pm on a Saturday. Called WRB. On the phone they were pleasant and helpful, saying that the engineer would call as soon as possible. By 2:20pm the engineer was knocking on the door. Shoe covers on as soon as he walked in the house. As soon as he saw where the leak was coming from, the hot water side of the boiler, he explained that if he did not have the part needed, he could temporarily turn off the hot water and still allow the heating system to work. Thankfully when he checked his van, he found the part needed. After replacing the part, he checked that the boiler was working ok and saw there was a tiny leak on the other side of the boiler. Taking the boiler to pieces again this part was also replaced. All through the visit the engineer explained what was wrong and what he would do to rectify the problem. Cannot fault the service we received from WRB, the engineer was pleasant, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Within 2½ hours of finding the problem we had a working boiler with no leaks. So glad we moved to WRB great service and good value for money.

I have just had excellent service from Tony and Ian, they came to fix my boiler as it had not been working for 4-5 days
I want to express my gratitude as they went above and beyond their duties to get it fixed for me.
They were empathic, VERY helpful, professional, polite and funny

On Friday 8th November 2024 WRB gas attended my property in Perth a flat, to disconnect a neighbours supply and instead "accidentally" disconnected mine. Nobody had informed us of the disconnection and so we called a boiler engineer who solved the problem but it cost £80. A week later WRB insist I pay that invoice and then I must fill out a claim form to get my money back for their incompetence!

The call handler who took my grieving sisters call should be ashamed of herself I hope she never loses a child. I have complained. Maybe don't take your problems to work with you. Unprofessional unsympathetic horrific excuse for a human being.

Excellent service, on the occasions I have had boiler issues they have been dealt with on the day of phoning. The engineers are very helpful and efficient. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very impressed with the excellent service received from all WRB staff in resolving an issue with a blocked boiler condensate tube. Particular thanks to engineer Alex, who initially provided a temporary fix, then returned with an apprentice and the two of them managed to unblock the piping, saving an expensive bill for further investigation, involving lifting the floor.

Worst customer service provided. No regard for people with neurological or mental health conditions.

What a great service phoned at 11am with a water leak at my boiler the lady on the phone very pleasant and helpful engineer (cant remember his name) came at 3pm fixed leak 20mins and explained everything to me and very pleasant WELL DONE WRB.
