I have a new Kitchen from Wren, it’s the shaker in cashmere. I was impressed with the experience. Georgia was fantastic with her suggestions, my favourite being to integrate the rubbish & recycling bin. I loved the 3D render and the virtual goggles view as well. Delivery was good, I got the Neff dishwasher promotion too. Very pleased, thanks!

Very pleased with the service from Wren kitchens. The design appointment was very thorough and we didn't feel rushed or pressured. Was great to see our kitchen design in the VR room. Throughout we were kept updated, delivery was very efficient and the team checked in with us at every stage. We had our own fitter and the plan that was sent out to support the installation was extremely detailed. Delighted with our kitchen.

I recently had my Wren Kitchen fitted and I’m over the moon with it. From making and enquiry to having it delivered it’s been a really positive experience. The design stage was actually great fun and the sales man was really helpful at keeping it within the budget I was comfortable paying. I made some changes before delivery and this also was really straight forward. The kitchen arrived when it was meant to and no problems there. I had it fitted by my own fitter and there were some missing parts however they were replaced very quickly. Overall really happy and highly recommend.

I would recommend anyone who is looking to get a new fitted kitchen to go to Wren the advisors are fantastic you can design your own kitchen and look at it through the vr to see how it looks when installed. The fitter I got was brilliant and he was very professional never left any mess at all. I've attached 3 photos of my new kitchen the way I wanted it giving me lots of worktop space.

I can’t thank Andy at wren Stockton enough for his patience and understanding with us , enabling us to create the kitchen of our dreams at a really affordable cost! Our kitchen is a joy to be in. The process was exactly what we expected, all timescales were met and the kitchen is a high quality. The follow up and aftercare was superb and can’t thank them enough.

Our experience with Wren started off positively—before payment, communication was prompt and the staff were helpful. However, this completely changed once the payment was made.

Despite providing our own measurements, we were assured that the measurements taken by Wren’s team during their visit were accurate. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case. One of the kitchen cabinets does not fit the room, and rather than helping us resolve the issue, the staff have been rude and dismissive.

Their only advice has been to contact customer service, which offers no real support beyond repeating the line: “It’s your error, not ours.” This is incredibly frustrating considering we relied on their professional measuring and design service. We feel let down by the lack of accountability and poor after-sales support.
