We’ve had great service from West Yorkshire Gas Supplies. We’ve had new wall insulation and a new Air Source Heat Pump. Every single trade involved were high spec guys - from the electricians, the plumbers, the wall insulators, the plasterers, the joiners, the heating engineers and the painters - all of them did a great job and were cheerful with it. And all done within the timescales they’d set. I’d highly recommend WYGS.

I had entrusted the fitting of insulation to the Healthy Homes department of the council which is where it all went wrong assuming that they knew what was happening. Having finally spoken with Jacob, the Insulation Manager from West Yorkshire Gas Solutions, who spent 2 hours ensuring I knew everything I needed to know about what was happening and going to happen and he really went above and beyond redoing parts of the survey to ensure everything was just right and putting my mind at ease. Very pleasant to deal with and most helpful and knowledgeable chap and I very much appreciated his time and have confidence moving forward the installation will be as painless as possible.

Just had a new heating system installed by WYGS which included a new Air Pump and Energy efficient radiators to replace our old Oil Boiler and rads. We couldn't be happier with the results but in particular the smooth process and professionalism of all the workmen involved. Dave and Jake the plumbers did a fantastic job and were super neat with the install and Shane completed the commissioning of the system who explained everything in detail. Luca took care of the electrical side of things for the Air pump and also installed the inverter for the solar system we had installed at the same time. Again, neatness of the job was impressive. Jack installed the solar panels and did a great job tweaking the positioning of the panel design and its turned out really well. Thanks to all at WYGS including the surveyors and office staff who made the whole thing a breeze!! Highly recommended.

I’ve had two installs done by West Yorkshire Gas Solutions, one today (solar panels) and one last year (storage heaters). Everyone I’ve dealt with, at each point in the chain, has been great but special mentions go to Chloe in the office for answering all my questions and, most of all, Graham & Joe. Graham & Joe did both my installs, they were super friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and to top it off, their attitudes never once reflected that they were up on my roof all day in temperatures below zero. They’re honestly credits to the trade and I would recommend them in a heartbeat ⚡️

We had a replacement of our old dated storage heaters with new ones. Jack and Isaac contacted us telling us when they would be coming and they arrived on time. They installed 7 new ECOMBI HHR storage heaters and 2 down blowers in the bathroom and cloakroom of our 4 bedroom property. This required extensive rewiring throughout the property including 2 new consumer units to accommodate an E7 circuit. This also included the removal of 3 old storage heaters. All this was accomplished within just 2 days. We were very happy with the work they carried out during which they were very polite, hard workers. They made sure everything was working and removed all packaging on completion. We would unreservedly recommend them.

I have just had a survey done by WYGS. I have been in the trade all my life, but now retired and disabled so these guys were called in. I have met all sorts of people in the trade as you can imagine, and I couldn't be happier to say how professional, courteous and helpful the whole company has been, but Jacob who has just done the survey was without a doubt an asset to WYGS and the reason I felt the urge to write a very praising review. I usually hate the thought of others working on my home as i am a perfectionist, but with the the way they have conducted themselves and talking to Jacob I am actually looking forward to them starting.
