I contacted Xoli regarding my sewage treatment needs (on the recommendation of someone who services such systems for a living). They were extremely helpful from the outset, explained the different options clearly, and recommended a "supervised install" of a GRAF One2Clean system for my needs. Xoli supplied the system promptly, local trades did the install (working closely with Xoli), Xoli engineers commissioned the installed system. Job done. Slick and efficient. I'm a happy camper. I have a bigger project next year and will definitely be asking Xoli to quote.

Eric and team completed the installation of a Tricel sewage treatment plant to replace an outdated septic tank. From the very first contact they've been brilliant. It turned out to be a tricky install with the old pipe layout and tree roots in the way of the new route - but they worked everything out successfully and finished on time - great job! Highly recommended.

I have had a prolonged and difficult time organising permission to install a new sewage treatment plant at my home, which is in a SSSI. After several months wait we were given permission to proceed with installing a unit with a very restrictive set of performance characteristics. Unfortunately, having arranged everything else it transpired that the manufacturer of the unit that we had permission for had just discontinued making it and the replacement doesn’t quite reach all of the requirements placed upon us. I spent an initially frustrating evening trawling the internet to try to find a solution and remarkably found myself quite late at night having a really helpful and productive web chat conversation with Eric from Xoli Ltd. who suggested a number of viable solutions.
Put simply, the attitude and commitment to customer service of this company is second to none and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I found Xoli Ltd one of the most helpful companies I have ever dealt with, when you are 600 miles away from the new house that is being built and are trying to sort out any problems that occur I found this company brilliant, and what inspired me the most was the Gentleman that helped me has the title Managing Director after his name but does not sit on a pedestal out of reach, a lot of companies could learn from them.

After researching water butts over the last few weeks, we had settled on the style/type we wanted. Nearly pressed the button on a site we seemed settled on, when after one more search came across Xoli Ltd. Had just what we wanted at a cheaper price and free delivery. Checked them out on reviews,5*.So easy to order on line, quick and very efficient service. Really good value as had the drill tools needed to fit the diverter, supplied with the water butt.
