Disgusting customer Service
Expensive, all dust no pellets which brake unit and when its cold they increase price 25%. Clearly not customer focused and looking for loyalty.
Alistair needs to learn how to talk to customers with a bit more care or go back to the farm and work with the cows and sheep that relate to him, he's the most arrogant men I've ever had to deal with zero customer relations. Y pellets get a grip as competition will kill you long term.
The owner should get a secret customer to check out Alistairs telephone skills he's costing you good business.
