We saw a lovey guy called Mark who very helpful in purchasing a chest freezer and it was delivered and fully installed today by himself and another guy. If we need anything else in the future we definitely will returning to his shop.

Fantastic customer service. I had a washing machine delivered by the two gentleman and they were polite, friendly and very helpful. Couldn't fault the customer service or price. I will be back again when I need to replace an appliance

Our washing Machine broke this morning,, was at Yeoman's by 1pm..new washing machine delivered and old one taken away within 2 hours! Brilliant friendly service..would highly recommend!! Shop local people 😀

Wow.Old freezer went down at 9.00 am,phoned Yeoman's at about 10.00 and new Fridgemaster upright freezer efficiently and promptly delivered by 11.00 am.Amazing service,a standard of which I didn't think still existed nowadays,but B A Yeoman's just proved to me it does.We are so impressed and grateful that we have saved a freezer full of food from the bin.Great product and good price too.Six stars if I could.Highly recommended.

We wanted a washing machine and dishwasher in black , I phoned up and they looked through for me and I couldn’t get them anywhere cheaper. I got a phone call on Tuesday saying they were in and they would be able to have them to us the next day . These were delivered, fitted and they even took my old ones away in the price. Brilliant service very friendly, helpful. support your little shops as these give you better service than the big giants. Thankyou , one very happy lady .

We had a problem with our Dyson hoover after I fell over and landed on it. Since buying the hoover in 2014 we have never had it serviced nor changed any of the filters, we took it here to get fixed and for it to be serviced. A few days later we got the call to say it was ready to collect, on collection we were charged £20 for the gentleman to say it wasn't broken and it had only started going funny due to the age, but after lubrication it should be fine now, however it wasn't! Also we were told the filters did not need changing. Therefore not really sure why we were charged and that you can class yourself as a Dyson repair place! We will definitely not be coming back or recommend this place to anyone!!

Took my Dyson Handheld in, had an intermittent fault and kept cutting out.

The man in the shop was knowledgable and friendly. He suspected that it might have been the filter. We took it to back to his workshop and cleaned out the filter. He put it back together and it was working again!

Will be visiting again if I ever any further problems with my Dyson. Brilliant service!

Fantastic customer service from Mark who recommended suitable products and arranged delivery and installation. Very quick and happy to answer questions with knowledgeable and sensible answers. Not just trying to flog the most expensive products. Wouldn't use any other company.
