Nearly a week of: "It'll be here Tomorrow", when it wasn't even on order, promised to ring me back in 15min, never got the call, so went somewhere else.
I lost three days on job!!!

Also handed me 16mtrs of flex, when I paid for 30. I asked the assistant who served me to help me unroll it off the reel, he replied: "I haven't got time".
When I pointed out it was 14mtrs short, he said "that's all we've got" ...?

When I looked at my receipts, they charged me £3.00 for clips priced (on the shelf) at £2.50, then added vat on top.

After complaining to head office, I received an harassing phone call from their Birkenhead manager.

I've been in construction since the 70s, this has to be the worst experience at a trade counter!
