Super service!
I'd been struggling to find a replacement LED 6' tube. Yesss at Darlington had the right sort, and their delivery driver Stan brought it to me and checked it was correct for my ceiling fitting. It seemed to be too long, so he returned to store with it to check. Reassured that it was the correct sort, he re-delivered it later, and even waited while I successfully fitted it and switched it on!
So, quite stunned by the exceptional service, and Stan was amazing.

If you are a tradesperson, this place is great for sparkles or those looking to set up a home server or a personal or business IT system on their own. But for ordinary people, the quantities sold are too large, even if the price is reasonable. Otherwise the store is much like Toolstation or Screwfix, only much smaller on the inside, with cable and lights on display for your perusal. The carpark is atrocious - the cars were parked so close together, I could barely open my door, let alone get out and there are 5 spaces total, unless you park along the access road.

***UNPROFESSIONAL*** - YESSS ELECTRICAL DARLINGTON !

ADAM HILL and ANGUS GILL are responsible for all this !

Never dealt with company like this in my life! Never had to write anything like this either, I'm doing this to find someone who can fix what they have broke and let their future customers know who they will be dealing with! I will state it in clear points so it's easy and short to read:

1. Originally fitted two 17m LED strips over our logo which has broke few months later, came out with wholesale company and fixed it ( took few times and weeks but managed it okay)

2. after two years strips broke again in similar way leaving two one meter gaps in them in February this Year

3. After 6 months of waiting , delaying, being lied too I have decided to visit them for final time and thank for cooperation.

4. In the mean time they have managed to come out and try to fix it but now instead of two one meter gaps all 36m LED lights not working , so they have BROKE EVERYTHING ! after that just ignored me totally,

5. ADAM HILL and ANGUS GILL are the BEST in what they do: ignoring and lying.
