Absolutely fantastic ordered a very rare
Plug and the man from yes said yes arrived on time and they even called me to say it was in the store ready for collection so 10/10 staff super friendly and VERY helpful

Called ahead to check product availability for a specific size item, was told they had the items in stock. Unfortunately when I arrived at the store, I had to hang around for a while before being served, asked for the item, and he came out with the incorrect item and was told they don't have the size I asked for. So why bring out the wrong size, and tell me on the phone that you had the correct size. I was a first time customer and certainly won't be returning to be greeted by unhappy incompetent staff.
