Don't bother going to this place. There is a guy called 'MIKE WARD' who is absolute blunt, bossy and does not know how to speak to the customer. Apparently, he is a branch manager or something. Don't know what kind of skills he has as he does NOT have basic skills how to speak and treat their customers with dignity and respect. After having an unwanted conversation with him today in Leeds East branch, I would never recommend advise someone to this place. There are other 2 guys (did not take their names) who are good to speak with and are helpful but not 'MIKE WARD'. The way he spoke to me today was not acceptable. I felt so insulted the way he came across spoke to me for some replacement LED lights and never wanted to understand my side of the version. I hope some senior management to look into this and send him on some training courses on customer skills. Plus, make one of the other guys as the branch manager who loves helping customers.
