Absolutely a very bad company, a company that says the price it wants when it wants, definitely do not use it at work, I used 20607 kW and they charged 17900 pounds and nothing. There is no explanation, only their request is that money must be given, they determine the price and contracts themselves and you have to pay like a fool.

Had a ground source heat pump installed by another organisation but we were not happy that the system had been commissioned properly,these guys came out and gave it a thorough going over sorting out various fault codes,the engineer was very helpful and informative,we were that impressed that we are now looking at these guys to install a solar array for us to compliment the ground source heat pump, strongly recommend ?

Just wanted to add on to this review,we lost hot water and heating, Paul called me back the same day and talked me through what to do over the phone,now we have heating and hot water restored,.
