I have used this company a few times now after they came recommended, I can see why they were.
From ordering on the phone to delivery, everything is quick and seamless! The staff are really friendly and helpful (if you’re unsure what is the best fuel for you) and the delivery men really respectful and reliable.
The large coal I bought is absolutely fantastic. Yes it arrives wet and you have to leave the bag open for a day, but I have never had a dry coal delivery yet due to outdoor storage (so this is not unusual at all). It burns really well and is long lasting, the quality is excellent. The bulk-buy is absolutely superb value, too. I have gone from buying individual bags at supermarket prices, lugging them home each time and paying over the odds. Yes, it may be a bit of a bigger outlay initially with this, but knowing that I have stacks of bags ready at home without leaving the door is pretty wonderful.
