I recently had the unfortunate experience of using U Broadband, and I can confidently say that it is the worst internet service I've encountered. The connection is incredibly unreliable, with frequent outages that disrupt both work and leisure activities. Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, often leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored.

Additionally, the speeds advertised are rarely achieved, making streaming and online gaming nearly impossible. Overall, I do not recommend U Broadband. There are far better options available that provide more reliable service and customer support. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Using You broadband service for last 4 year but very Bad Service, out of 30 days only 20 days working, no service representative available time, no spare parts for replacement.

Very poor after sales services. They call for renewals but do not resolve connectivity issues on time. network is very poor and connection is lost frequently. inspite of lodging complaint multiple times, connectivity issues is not resolved... Technician are either unskilled or not customer centric at all as they are not able to resolve issues.

I would strongly recommend not to take or renew the subscription... Big No... never....

By far the worst internet provider. Internet drops out multiple times a day. When you lodge a complaint through app, company automatically marks it attended and resolved without technician visiting your home and resolving connection issue. They also harass you at time of recharge by making lot of phone calls but they won't give answers to your complaint. The most pathetic customer service you would experience. I can't stress enough how poor is their connection and service. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GET A YOU BROADBAND CONNECTION.

Would there be 0 stars I would rate them 0. Pathetic internet speed and service. My plan is 60 mbps, and mostly the speed runs around 25 to 30 mbps. Even after repeated complains over the call and on the app since so many months, their poor customer service continue. Either they have server down or either they are installing new fibre as they say.
Recently I lost my patience when 4 times in the same week the internet was not up for hours, I had work from home and I was not able to do it. Even i missed my online tests coz of this. After complaining over the phone to the local guy he replied we do not know when will the work on new cable will get over. Even their employees do not have the answers how are they goin to solve customer's problem.
This is last month of my plan. AND I'M DEFINITELY OPTING OUT FROM THIS WORST INTERNET PROVIDER.
