Giving them 1 star as no option for 0 as I got ZERO service from them. I thought I'll give them a go as I haven't ordered from them before and paid for the oil just before the price increased. Well, guess what? "We couldn't deliver your oil as the driver said you live in dead end and he couldn't reverse!" What are they talking about? I LIVE ON THE FARM where there's plenty of space and numerous lorries turn around ALL THE TIME, including the ones delivering heating oil, so this is a blatant LIE!!! Just like with the other reviewers, they just didn't want to sell the oil at that price as the prices have risen a lot since I placed the order. Do not order from them, they scammers and liars.

NB To answer to your response - you clearly did not even read the review properly - we live on the FARM where all sorts goods are delivered all the time, there's PLENTY of space for ANY SIZE lorry or truck to turn around, so either your driver didn't actually go down our road (for unknown reason) or he is lying to you. Even looking in Google maps satellite view would prove it! And the price did go higher just before the delivery date. And in any case, to 'investigate' would mean contacting me to get evidence (which you didn't) which I can easily provide to you, so no, you can't be trusted as an oil delivery company and will advise others not to buy from you as well.

Moving from Essex to Lincolnshire, created a new experience for me... who knew I'd have to order oil to heat my house! I got the best price and service from Your NRG It had suddenly turnt cold and I was running out. They offered super fast delivery and went above and beyond to help!

Oil delivered 2 days ahead of schedule. Excellent communication. Great price. Very friendly delivery from James who, at my request for the photo competition, pulled a cracker and wore reindeer antlers without any hesitation 😆. See you again Your NRG when we run out of oil next time - or if we win the photo competition 😉 (we still have room for another 500 litres lol!)

Easy online ordering, price is fixed at time of order but does not get paid until delivered. With volatile prices you know the price won’t change.
Email received the day before delivery. I didn’t know the tanker was outside and filling our tank until I happened to look outside. A very nice and polite tanker driver, (the South African guy 👍).
Will definitely purchase direct again. We’ve been in a local buyers group as we only moved here twelve months ago, but you don’t know what you are going to pay until the supplier phones you up.

From phoning to delivery the process is easy and always pleasantly dealt with. The deliveries are always either on time or usually quicker than the estimated date. The drivers are helpful and although they must be fed up of folk asking for photographs, they always have a smile and a laugh.
