I have been a loyal customer of Your NRG for over 10 years, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I received recently. I placed an emergency oil delivery order, and despite my long-standing relationship with the company, they failed to process it in time. I understand things can get busy, but this lack of urgency and poor communication is completely unacceptable.

When I reached out for help, I was met with little support rude and abrupt behaviour, and I was left without the heating oil I desperately needed during a cold snap. After a decade of being a reliable customer, I expected much better.

I sincerely hope they re-evaluate their customer service approach and prioritize long-term clients like myself, but I’m afraid I won’t be returning after this experience.

Paid extra for delivery before specific date. Checked with office reference delivery and was told to be delivered today. No delivery. On enquiring told tomorrow. No delivery again. Sent email to explain baby and elderly in house so really need the oil for heating and hot water. In the end order has to be cancelled and I picked up oil in cans from a local depot. Lack of understanding and very poor service and communication

I cannot say a bad word for this company. First time having oil heating and did some research and this company came out the best for price and service. I was due to get me delivery on the 2nd December but today I had it delivered 3 days after ordering!! Truly outstanding service and the driver was very courteous too.

Our driver Sean from Your NRG ALWAYS brings a smile and the sunshine with him to the top of our hill, even though it's a long way to our tank to drag the pipe! I always give him a dozen eggs to keep him strong 🙂 Consistently fabulous service for the 5 years we've been here from order to delivery and still cheaper than other quotes, thank you team and Sean! Even grumpy Maggie loves to see him and gets excited when she hears the tanker. 🐾🐾
