Avoid. Been with them for 7 years. Never missed a payment. Had lots of problems but stayed with them as rectified. Had 3 properties with them. House going through sale and empty. Needed gas check to satisfy insurance. Due 23.7. Booked in 3 weeks before. Checked going ahead 22.7 told yes. Phoned 24.7 it hadn't. Spent nearly 1.5 hrs on phone trying to sort it. If I hadn't checked I don't know when it would have been done. Worried about being uninsured. Stressed and aggravated and just after post cancer operation when I should have been resting. It was done by different Engineer (they asked me to arrange it initially!). Kept getting emails asking to book Engineer! Rang and said its been done THEY asked ME for certificate! They haven't a clue! Then another 5 emails asking me to contact an Engineer. Lost trust in them and want to leave. They say they will go to debt recovery if I don't pay remainder of contract and they have to have proof of sale. Not a great optic in view of the facts of the matter. They offered equivalent of £30 one month free for hours of wasted time, worry and frustration. Stated as not an insurance company they dont have to compensate. Conveniently didn't mention that they are in redress scheme. Challenged why? Told if I asked. What about people who aren't aware? when I said about certificate being out of date, told rudely landlords responsibility. Yes! Hence ME chasing it at all times and THEM messing up! Should have sacked them off years ago. Always get a Subject Access and remember you have the Ombudsman option. A disgusting way to treat a vulnerable and long standing customer who they have had thousands of pounds from.

Don’t do it . You may think your saving money but the service is poor , I had an engineer that put the fear of god into me re the boiler when there was nothing wrong , I paid for a second opinion , all was fine .i signed up for a year , couldn’t do 2 years as I knew I was moving , so specifically asked this question, now it transpires they want me to pay for a service that I’m not going to use , they will try and say that I entered into another contract which obviously I wouldn’t as I knew I was moving , they now threaten me with legal action , I’m appalled.. tactical responses constantly from this company … I paid for a second opinion as I didn’t want another your repair engineer at my home .. my choice , I’ve not requested a refund , I don’t rust this company , I moved home , and that’s it at no point did I agree to another year contract after the first year contract ran out , they will respond differently, read the forums , I’m not alone in my opinion

I would like ti say please stay away from Your Repair. After months of sending engineers ti fix my leaking boiler they have declined to repair my boiler because of a certain part. I am now forced to get this fixed privately. This is such a poor level of service and would please say get a more better company for your boiler service. I have not had any apologies for the issues causing daily problems. STAY AWAY if you want to avoid headaches and big bills.

I've been trying to schedule the annual service for weeks. They send me an email with just the date and no time. No one gets back to me. Then, the next day, YourRepair sends me an email saying they couldn't get in touch with me. It's always the same thing. I complain, and they repeat it all over again... and then they say that if the engineer doesn't get in touch, I should contact the engineer. Then comes the surprise: the engineer says he doesn't cover the area where I live.
Today I filed another complaint, but this time I said that if I cancel my plan with YourRepair, it's okay, since they've already earned my money for a few months without doing anything.

Excellent repair to my electrics. A very polite and friendly Electrician arrived on time and carried out the repairs needed. This was my first call out with YourRepair and i was impressed by the service. I would recommend them.

As a pensioner on a fixed income Age Concern recommended this company for my boiler breakdown cover. How wrong they were. When I needed help to fix the boiler YourRepair said none of the faults were covered on the policy, what a complete waste of money. I will now have to pay another company to repair the fault. While still having to pay the monthly charge as it is too expensive to leave the contract early.
For anyone reading this review please do not waste your money like I have.

Average service. They not do “trace & access”, which is a poor show and causes such hardship and frustration for the policyholder.
We have three policies with them and have just sold one property yet their “need for greed” means you continue to pay the policy until annual end date. We will go elsewhere and not renew with this greedy company.
After posting this review they claim they cannot find my account number, yet they don’t know where to look as I have not disclosed it.
