No idea how these companies get away with this.

I moved suppliers when taking over the business from the previous owner. They sent me an estimate bill in the thousands, when questioned they asked me to send meter reading over a certain period, I have done this for the 3rd time now but the matter has not been resolved..the reason why this hasn’t been resolved is because every time I sent the readings the colleague dealing has left the company, so in the last 2 months 3 colleagues who were dealing with the query left ( without leaving any notes behind). A 4th colleague rang asking for the outstanding payment and was not aware of any of the communications I had with the 3 previous colleagues..when asked why..he simply stated that he doesn’t have access to their emails! I will come back with an update, no doubt this 4th representative will also leave the company before resolving my case!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Yu Energy, especially when dealing with Bobby Kalar. It seems they engage in questionable, possibly illegal, practices by taking money from customers and then returning it without proper explanation. This kind of financial handling raises serious concerns about their business practices and legality. I strongly advise others to be cautious when interacting with this company, as their lack of transparency and professionalism is alarming. My interactions with Bobby Kalar only added to the disappointment, leaving me with no confidence in their services.
