I’m well impressed with this delivery. Normally my parcels get left downstairs(flat) and I struggle to get them. This delivery driver actually put them through my letterbox on the first floor and I only had to walk to my front door. Hopefully I will use them again. So much better than usual deliveries. Thank you so so much. First class

There obvious connection to instagram sellers will result in you being scammed! Avoid at all costs plus be very careful buying off instagram even tho it may seem totally legit. I did not realise I had been scammed till I had an amazon shipping ( legit looking) email saying my order could not be delivered to my front door when actually I was stood outside my front door at that very time!. Then the next day I get a similar email saying the item had been delivered to a “post box” where I have no idea or any other details were not supplied! £35 I suppose it could have been worse however a lesson learnt and not to be forgotten. Basically if you want tat from China use temu and pay by credit card!

After reading all the negative reviews I was dreading my delivery, but thankfully it did arrive and was delivered properly and on time. I ordered something via Amazon and was aware that it was coming from China. It looks like Yodel was the partner company in the UK which can always be another disaster but again thankfully the item arrived! There is hope.

shipped a parcel through a parcel forwarder in NH to my home in South England.
I chose global mail direct which uses DHL of which will be going to YunExpress on arrival to UK and onward to Royal Mail. Parcel departed NH 09/08/2024

The reviews aren't filling me with much confidence however I'm remaining hopeful my parcel will arrive. Will be updating this review upon receiving my package.

update: within 2 days of passing customs it was at my address. speedy and great service. would not hesitate to use again off past experience.

If I could them a zero I would. I have been waiting over a month for something I ordered. Was notified on 5/31/2025 it would be delivered that day. Nothing came. Was notified on 6/1/2025 it would be delivered and again nothing came. I checked on the status and they did a knock and run and could not deliver. I called to set up a time and they will not try until tomorrow.

No updates until it arrives AT your door, took longer than expected, and employee threw the package on my porch from 10 feet away. Dint know how this company exists.

SCAM!!! I ordered with London couture it was meant to be delivered with evri when I called evri they said my Yunexpress order has been deliveried a week ago but I have not received anything i ordered on 1st March and till this day I did not received anything!!! When I called yunexpress directly A man picked up saying that he has nothing to do with them and that they just used he’s number so people can call him !! What a joke , I received two emails saying it gonna be delivered with evri the same day I received another email saying it’s gonna be delivered with Royal Mail what a joke do not order with them at all they will just take your money and you won’t receive your order !!!

Don’t use never received my delivery, tracking says delivered, have now requested charge back through my bank from seller, no customer service Phone number only mobile number witch always engaged, SCAME Company
