As a seasonal business we have been working with Zendbox during Xmas season in 2020, 2021 and 2022. We were happy with service received in previous years but unfortunately level of service in 2022 is totally unacceptable.

Some of orders placed 13 days (!) ago are still not being dispatched. There is a huge backlog of orders right now.

We had same issue at the end of October when sometimes it was taking 3 weeks (!) to dispatch the orders.

In last 30 days it has cost us right now over 20k GBP in refunds/customer cancelations due to orders not being dispatched. Customer Service had not replied to tickets created 2-3 days ago.

We have requested contract terminations due to unacceptable dispatching times and low level of CS.

We have been working with multiple 3PL warehouses across Europe but never experience that kind of low level service.
