A superb performance by all staff, who were 100% personable.

A diagnosis was made, and they will contact me when it is ready.
This firm / staff, also does total voluntary work for needy children, schools, people etc by donating laptops for free.

I run a small business from home and IT is always bottom of my list of priorities .. until it fails! I have been having trouble with my wifi strength and connectivity around my home. Ceridwen and Mike from Zentec have been extremely helpful in helping me to resolve this and were able to recommend and install a suitable signal booster. While they were here they also checked my existing computers for updates and talked me through options and ideas on how to improve performance and security in the future.

I will definitely be following their advice and they will be helping me transition to our new system in December. Now that Office 2010 is no longer being supported it is definitely about time I upgraded to 365 but the thought of upgrading to Office 365 myself and moving all of my files and emails away from g-suite and dropbox was just too daunting for me. Mike is going to sort it all out for me. How FAB is that!! Yay! haha.
