I had high hopes when I decided to go with ZPN Energy for my EV charging and energy storage needs. Their website promised innovative solutions and top-notch customer service. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Firstly, the installation process took twice as long as promised. The technicians seemed unsure of what they were doing and left a mess behind. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I was put on hold for over an hour, only to be told that they would "look into it" and get back to me. It's been weeks, and I've heard nothing.

Furthermore, the software control system is not user-friendly at all. I've had multiple instances where the system malfunctioned, leaving me without power. For the premium price I paid, I expected a seamless experience.

I regret choosing ZPN Energy and would advise potential customers to look elsewhere. Their products and services are not worth the hassle and frustration.
