Our electric car charger suddenly stopped working, mid charge, and we were stuck. Daniel Gardner was able to send an electrician out the day after I phoned who quickly was able to assess the problem: the charger was damaged beyond repair after water ingress. This was a design flaw.
A replacement was ordered and fitted within a matter of days. Both electricians were friendly and knowledgeable, they cleared everything away when the work was done.
I am sure there are cheaper electricians available but we felt we were getting work done which was speedy, competent and efficient. The bill was exactly the same as the quote, so there were no hidden add-ones as the work progressed.

We've had quite a lot of work done by Daniel and the team and they've always been responsive and tidy. We mentioned to them that we were looking at installing solar panels on the roof and they offered to quote for the work. They put us in touch with Jim Miller from MMS Ltd who visited the house and discussed the options. Jim put together a very good spec and the team from DG managed the install over two days. The job was well done with no fuss and we now have a system that is delivering 95% of our electrical needs straight off the roof. Overall it was a great experience with the team being interested in doing a good job and ensuring that we were satisfied with the specification and the install. I'm aware that the installation of solar panels is one of those hyped areas that can leave you a bit dizzy, but going with a tried and tested local trader gave us confidence and I would be very happy to recommend them to others.

Daniel Gardner Electrical Contractor were brilliant from start to finish. We have spent 2 years renovating our home and dealt with a number of tradespeople in this time, and Daniel Gardner Electrical Contractor were one of the best. We needed our entire mains supply fire alarm system replacing as well as safety checks and some bits and pieces, and they were incredibly helpful, responsive, always arrived on time, were very thorough, clean and tidy, and offered great advice. Communication was always great and I could not recommend them more highly. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs electrical help now, they really were superb!

Daniel Gardner installed our first infrared panel heater for us. We really liked and appreciated the promptness with which DG responded to our initial request, came out to assess and measure the requirements and then installed the panel. Installation was excellent, the job was done with care and consideration and the finish is perfect. Very satisfied!

I contacted Daniel Gardner to help with my electrics in an old cottage as circuits were constantly tripping. They responded quickly and traced the problem along with identifying numerous other problems, including a lack of earth for the wiring. After installing a new consumer unit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a new outside socket and completing a mammoth task on making the lighting wiring safe they have left me with an electrically safe house. They were so thorough and all the electricians were friendly and really helpful. I am so pleased I used them. Thanks
