Excellent Service All Around!

I was out of hot water for a few days and needed a reliable repair service. Tom's service was efficient, quick, and no-nonsense. The pricing was transparent and reasonable. Another company had quoted me double the price and said I'd have to wait a week for the repair. Tom managed to source the parts for the next day and had everything sorted within a day of me reaching out to him. The service was really excellent - having hot water restored within a day made all the difference. Would definitely recommend TNT and Tom to anyone who needs boiler or heating work done.

I got in touch with LetsgoTNT, after seeing a post. Tom from LetsgoTNT got back to me the following day and we arranged a date within a week. I said It was not urgent as it was for an annual Boiler Service.
Tom came out and on time.
He took parts out and cleaned them , which I haven't seen at previous services being carried out. He explained to me what he was doing which I appreciated.
I also asked him for some advice on a shower installation I had done previously, he gave me what he thought it was, and how to go about it without too much disruption. He said he be good to come back to do his bit towards the repair required..

I needed a gas pipe removed for a kitchen unit, Tom said Thursday lunchtime, and he was bang on time. He then came to reconnect the new cooker and gave me a date and time and was bang on again. He is very friendly and professional. This is the quality of service all tradesmen should bow down to. I will be getting him again for my boiler.
